Solana's perpetual futures market is holding a narrow band this morning, with price sitting closer to the lower end of the past week's range than the upper end. The Pullwave CYH Pullback Strategy remains in a short state, and its 1H trend filter is still pointing down. Below is a plain read of where the numbers and the indicator stand as of November 1 (KST).
Market snapshot
SOL USDⓈ-margined perpetual futures (SOLUSDT.P) last printed $95.38, a 24h change of -0.61%. The 24h high is $96.99 and the 24h low is $95.15, so the session so far has been a compressed one compared with the wider weekly picture, where the 7-day high stands at $103.89 and the 7-day low at $92.25.
The latest funding rate reads 0.0100%. Open interest sits at 8,796,422 SOL, roughly $839M, with a 24h change of -0.32% — a small reduction rather than a sharp unwind. On the network side, status.solana.com reports All Systems Operational.
What the Pullwave indicator shows
The Pullwave CYH Pullback Strategy runs on fixed price-and-volume rules — no discretion, no learning layer. Its backbone is a 1H trend filter: a volatility-based trailing line drawn on the hourly chart. When price is trading under that line, the filter reads DOWN; when an hourly candle closes above it, the filter flips to UP. The filter sets the direction, and the 15m chart handles execution timing.
Right now the 1H trend filter is DOWN, and the trend line sits at $103.08. That line is well above the current $95.38 print, which is simply another way of saying the hourly structure has not challenged the flip level recently.
The indicator's position state is short, held since Oct 8, 11:00 UTC (10/8 20:00 KST). The most recent indicator event was an add-on entry (short) at Oct 31, 20:00 UTC (11/1 05:00 KST), near $95.78.
Two mechanics are worth defining for readers new to this tool. An add-on entry is what the indicator plots when price pulls back inside an already-established trend direction and its conditions line up again — it marks a second (or later) entry label on the chart in the same direction as the existing state. A partial exit is the opposite housekeeping step: when a move extends, the indicator plots an exit marker for part of the position rather than closing the whole thing at once. Both are drawn on the chart and can be pushed as alerts; the user places any orders themselves.
The 1H structure is currently described as a pullback phase inside the downtrend — price working back up inside a trend that the filter still reads as down.

What to watch next
The cleanest mechanical marker is the trend line itself. If a 1H candle closes above $103.08, the indicator's trend filter would flip from DOWN to UP, and the short state that has been running since Oct 8 would no longer sit inside a down-trending filter. Until that close happens, the filter stays DOWN regardless of intraday wiggles.
Closer in, $96.99 is the 24h high and $95.15 the 24h low. A session that stays pinned between those two keeps the 15m execution layer working inside the same narrow band it has been in. If price extends below $95.15, the next labelled reference underneath is the 7-day low at $92.25. On the upside, clearing $96.99 would leave $103.08 and then the 7-day high at $103.89 as the overhead labels on the chart.
The pullback phase reading is the thing to keep an eye on, since that is the condition under which the indicator has historically plotted add-on labels — it marks them on the chart when its conditions align, and the add-on conditions table shows which of those conditions are currently met. Nothing here is a forecast; it is a description of where the lines sit this morning.
